The Thing Employees Really Need to Pay Attention to!

Hi! If you have been working you know that employers nowadays want to suck the blood out of you.

Many of us have been doing Work From Home (WFH) and that somewhere has finished our personal life. Most of them have been extending their shift timing just to meet the productivity guideline and just to be diligent employees for their bosses.

But what about the companies that have resumed Work From Office nowadays, if they are having a good mental condition.

Companies nowadays are focusing more on generating profits rather than focusing on an employee-friendly work environment which is an essential part of any organization.

All of us have been a witness to some unfair policies of the companies. I have eye-witnessed the case where one of my colleague's mother was ill, and he applied for leave just to take care of the mother, he has been asked for the medical certificate or the prescription, or else leave would not be approved.

Moreover, when companies want their profit to go exponentially high, they just try to fool you with a small amount of money as a bonus and they earn a massive profit with this stunt. Whenever people hear about the bonus people work laboriously but in the return, they just get a small amount of money, which is also money more than they just spend on the weekend with friends.

It's just like showing a banana to a monkey, but we as an employee are responsible for our financial growth, we just need to keep focusing on skill development and should start something of our own that fuels up our financial health, even a little bit amount can give you the motivation to earn thousands and millions.

Starting small, just with some sort of product or service might be easy to start with.

If I talk about the restaurant or food corner, then this seems to have high scope in the market, you can focus on several recipes and dishes that are confined to the many local cooks.

But all we need is to shift Quadrant E(Employee) to either Quadrant S(Self Employed) or Quadrant I (Investor).

You must focus on some books that teach you about financial health.

There is a reason why everyone one of us should focus on self employment rather than jobs. And the reason is:

As the population is increasing, it is getting more competitive, no matter how smart you are but one day you will become replacable.
